Billing / Customer Service

Brady Utilities

The City of Brady Utility services include electric, natural gas, water, sewer, and sanitation. Customer Service is located at City Hall at 201 E Main and is open from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Monday through Friday. For billing inquiries please call 325-597-2152.

Duties of the Customer Service/Utility Billing Department include:

• Processing customer orders for the connection and termination of utility services
• Receiving and processing utility payments
• Providing billing to customers
• Collecting past due accounts

Utility Billing Application

• All new residents that are purchasing or renting a home are required to fill out the Residential Utility Billing Application (PDF).
• All new commercial businesses are required to fill out the Commercial Utility Billing Application (PDF).
• A deposit is required before services can be connected. No other fees are required for connection/disconnection of services. The deposit will be refunded upon the close of your account with the City.

Deposit Requirements

Residential

• Electric: $100
• Water/Sewer/Trash: $50
• Gas: $50

Commercial

• A deposit amount equal to a 45 day estimated billing at the service location is required before services can be connected.
