Brady Utilities

The City of Brady Utility services include electric, natural gas, water, sewer, and sanitation. Customer Service is located at City Hall at 201 E Main and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For billing inquiries please call (325) 597-2152.

Duties of the Customer Service/Utility Billing Department include:
  • Processing customer orders for the connection and termination of utility services
  • Receiving and processing utility payments
  • Providing billing to customers
  • Collecting past due accounts

Deposit Requirements

Residential


  • Electric: $100
  • Water/Sewer/Trash: $50
  • Gas: $50
Commercial
  • A deposit amount equal to a 45 day estimated billing at the service location is required before services can be connected.
