Municipal Energy Usage for Calendar Year 2025 

The City of Brady purchases natural gas from the City of Brady and West Texas Gas Utility, Inc. In calendar Year 2025, the City purchased a total of 1,035 thousand cubic feet (MCF) of natural gas, at a total cost of $11,724.68 from the City and 39.60 thousand cubic feet (MCF), at a total cost of $818.10 from WTG. 

The City of Brady purchases electricity from the City of Brady. The City of Brady also purchases electricity from Reliant Energy. In calendar year 2025, the City purchased a total of 3,313,193 kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity, at a total cost of $443,929.00. 

The City of Brady purchases water from the City of Brady. In calendar year 2025, the City purchased a total of 28,676 million gallons of water, at a total cost of $213,149.15.
